Words from the Business Development Program (BDP)

Everybody can benefit from mentorship and education”

Preparing and managing the change in the economic market place is the present concern of many clients who visit the Business Development office. Businesses are facing unusual industry related struggles as the economic climate has altered the status quo of their business.

Business/Companies can no longer be complacent. Now is the time to be exceptionally customer focussed and fiscally responsible in the day to day business operations. Cash flow projections and marketing strategies must be considered and incorporated into the daily planning of the business.

It is not always easy to overcome the many challenges that face a small business owner; however it is always nice to get a fresh point of view and perhaps some practical business advice.
